Lagoon 450 S

Marc Van Peteghem & Vincent Lauriot Prévost architects, together with Lagoon and the Nauta Yachts design office, succeeded beautifully in developing this 45’ catamaran. There is one enhanced steering station where 3 persons can sit, a big cockpit, an additional forward cockpit and an incomparable comfort in the saloon and the cabins.

Larger and with a bigger sail area, this Lagoon 450 is offered in a 4 cabin version with ensuite bathrooms, 2 single berths in the bows, and also benefits from important improvements in terms of safety, performance and cruising comfort. This luxury, fully air-conditioned yacht is completely self-sufficient for water with a production of 100 l/hour, thanks to her 11kW Generator.

One main winch at the helm and the davit winch are electrical and three extra batteries and 4 solar cells will supply the power capacity needed. Besides the depth sounder, you will benefit from a forward-looking sonar. Impressive inventory and electronics.

  Cancelation policy:

  • More than 90 days before embarkation: 30% of total amount
  • Between 89 days and 60 days before embarkation: 50% of total amount
  • 59 days or less before embarkation: 100% of total amount

  Payment terms and conditions.

  When confirming a reservation with us, we require the deposit payment made along with the signed contract, completed Nautical CV and copies of the Sailing qualifications and VHF certificate to be returned to us for approval before we can officially confirm the reservation within seven days of our email reply to you.

  We can cancel the reservation if the payment or documentation isn’t received at this time, so please make sure to follow these up with your client expediently. The final payment is due 6 weeks before the charter starts; we will send a reminder notification when the payment is overdue. If we do not hear back from you or receive the final amount, we will send you a second notice, and will cancel the charter and retain the deposit amount if we still have not received the final payment after 2-3 days of this second reminder.

  Skipper qualifications

  The skipper of the yacht must have skipper experience on +/- similar size yacht for minimum 4 weeks cruising and a skipper license equivalent to RYA Coastal Skipper or higher

Cleaning Fee:

• 200 Euro- monohull or Cat under 40ft ($200 USD in Koh Chang andSamui)
• 250 Euro – catamaran over 40 foot ($250 USD in Koh Chang and Samui)
